Role Description The Autocad Designer role at Focus Geospatial Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Autocad

Designer will prepare and update detailed architectural and construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 2D/3D layouts using AutoCAD and related design tools.

Responsibilities include interpreting project specifications and survey data, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring drawings meet technical standards and client requirements. The role involves space planning,



optimizing layouts for functionality and compliance, and maintaining organized drawing documentation and revisions.

Designer will collaborate with project teams, communicate progress, support quality checks, and contribute to timely delivery of accurate design outputs for global projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, including the ability to read, interpret, and produce detailed technical plans.
- Candidates should possess solid Drawing and Space Planning skills to create efficient, accurate layouts and design solutions aligned with project requirements.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and familiarity with related design software; knowledge of BIM workflows is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field, with prior experience in CAD drafting or design.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow standards and guidelines, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Understanding of construction practices, building codes, and industry standards; experience with international projects is a plus.
