About the Role The Auth Fraud Supervisor – Identity Fraud & Data Analytics leads the organization’s identity fraud prevention and detection strategy using advanced data analytics and intelligence-driven insights. This role is responsible for leveraging data, statistical models, and fraud technology to identify, prevent, and investigate identity fraud across digital onboarding, authentication, and account lifecycle activities, while optimizing customer experience and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyse structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for business and leadership teams
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand data needs
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and documentation
- Support ad-hoc analysis and recurring reporting requirements

Education

- B.Tech / MCA / Engineering, or
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or




- Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or Risk Management preferred

Experience

- 6+ years of experience in fraud risk management with a strong focus on identity fraud analytics
- 1+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets, real-time fraud systems, and analytics platforms

Technical & Analytics Skills

- Advanced SQL and data querying skills
- Experience with Python, R, or similar analytics languages
- Familiarity with machine learning models (e.g., logistic regression, random forest, gradient boosting)
- Experience with fraud rule engines and decision platforms
- Dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Knowledge of model monitoring, bias detection, and explainability (e.g., SHAP, model governance)

Preferred Certifications (any one)

- Google Data Analytics Qualified Certificate
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)
- Tableau Desktop Specialist / Certified Data Analyst
- IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate
