Avillion Farms is a premium real estate and lifestyle development company specializing in luxury farmhouses, villas and premium residential projects. We are looking for a technically strong AutoCAD 2D Architect with knowledge of architectural drawings, 3D visualization and site coordination.

Educational Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:

- B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture
- Diploma in Architecture
- M.Arch – Master of Architecture

Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Experience in luxury villas, farmhouses, premium residences or real estate projects is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of architectural drawings and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare construction and execution drawings as per project requirements.
- Prepare architectural detailing for luxury villas, farmhouses and residential projects.
- Understand and apply Feet & Inches measurements accurately.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior and site requirements.
- Make drawing revisions based on architect, consultant and site requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and understand actual site conditions where required.
- Verify dimensions, levels and measurements against site conditions.
- Maintain drawing standards, revisions and project documentation.
- Assist senior architects with design development and technical documentation.
- Develop basic 3D models and visualizations when required.

Mandatory Software Skills Candidates should have good working knowledge of:




- AutoCAD 2D – Mandatory
- Revit
- Google SketchUp / SketchUp
- Lumion
- Enscape
- D5 Render

Core Technical Requirement AutoCAD 2D + Feet & Inches measurement knowledge is mandatory.
