Position: Auditing Assistant

Number of Vacancies: 1 Position

Salary: ₹16,500 per month

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in auditing across all departments in a manufacturing company

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Auditing Assistant to support the auditing and compliance functions across all departments of our manufacturing organization.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting departmental audits, verifying records and processes, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring that company procedures and standards are being followed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular audits across all departments of the manufacturing company.
- Verify departmental records, documents, reports, registers, and transactions.
- Check whether company policies, procedures, and internal controls are being properly followed.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, process gaps, and non-compliance during audits.
- Coordinate with respective department personnel for clarification and supporting documents.
- Prepare audit reports highlighting observations, findings, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Follow up with departments on corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain proper records of audit observations and follow-up activities.
- Conduct periodic audits as per the approved audit schedule.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with company procedures and operational standards.




- Support management in identifying areas for process improvement and risk reduction.
- Maintain confidentiality of company records and audit-related information.
- Perform any other audit-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of auditing procedures and documentation.
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to identify errors, discrepancies, and process deviations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with employees across different departments.
- Strong follow-up skills and a systematic approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Any Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant auditing experience.
- Candidates with experience in auditing all departments of a manufacturing company will be strongly preferred.
- Experience in internal audits, process audits, documentation audits, or departmental audits will be an advantage.
- Should be sincere, disciplined, analytical, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.

Compensation ₹16,500 per month, depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

Key Requirement

Relevant experience in auditing functions across multiple/all departments in a manufacturing industry is mandatory/preferred.

Pay: ₹9,104.79 - ₹37,083.65 per month
