Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–4 years of experience, based in Mumbai, within an audit-focused CA firm. The role involves conducting statutory and internal audits, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

The professional will analyze financial data, identify variances and risks, and prepare clear audit reports and working papers. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with client teams, gathering and validating supporting documentation,



and assisting in planning and execution of audit engagements. The role also requires effective communication with stakeholders, adherence to timelines, and collaboration with the audit team to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and assess risk areas.
- Candidates should possess solid finance and financial statements skills, including knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements.
- Candidates should possess auditing skills, with experience in statutory and internal audits, documentation, and compliance procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to interact with clients, prepare clear reports, and collaborate with team members.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–4 years of relevant audit experience in a CA firm.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/audit software, with strong attention to detail and time-management abilities.
- Understanding of tax laws and regulatory frameworks applicable to Indian businesses; exposure to diverse industry sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work ethically, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to dynamic client requirements in a fast-paced workplace.
