Key Responsibilities

- Advise on legal implications of business decisions and operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance, risk management, and ethical practices.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings or negotiations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.




- Experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations accurately.
