About the Role

We are hiring for an Assurance Manager role to join the Audit practice of a leading global accounting and advisory firm. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Financial Services audit , with exposure to Private Equity/ Hedge Funds/ Funds of Funds/ Wealth Management or Asset Management .

Location: Mumbai & Hyderabad

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: CA – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan audit objectives and determine audit strategies.
- Lead multiple audit engagements while managing competing priorities.
- Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable reporting and auditing standards.
- Manage client communication, expectations, and overall engagement relationships.




- Identify and manage audit risks and contribute to proposals.
- Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members.
- Review team performance and provide feedback for engagement evaluations.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 5+ years of progressive Audit / Assurance experience
- 1+ year of supervisory / team management experience
- Strong experience in Financial Services Audit
- Relevant domain exposure in one or more of the following:
- Private Equity
- Hedge Funds
- Funds of Funds
- Wealth Management
- Asset Management
