Role Description The Asst Merchandising Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting the planning, selection, and presentation of handmade rugs and textiles.

- Managing Merchandising team
- Business development within existing portfolio
- Strong Planning and order/sampling execution




- Communication with buyers and buying house.
- Inter-department coordination

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams, buyers, and retail partners.
- Sales and Assortment capabilities to support product selection, category planning, and sales growth initiatives.
- Basic understanding of merchandising principles, visual presentation, and product display best practices.
- Ability to analyze sales and inventory data, prepare reports, and make data-informed recommendations.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience in textiles, rugs, carpets, or home décor merchandising is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, merchandising, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
