Hiring: Asst.

Manager Cold

Chain (Sales & Marketing)

Core Responsibilities

- New Business: Identify, pitch, and close enterprise accounts (Pharma, FMCG, Dairy and other relevant industries. )

- Client Retention: Regular field visits to maintain 100% customer satisfaction.

- Operations Liaison: Coordinate with Ops for seamless client on boarding and service delivery.

- Sales Strategy: Achieve targets, track market trends, and manage the CRM pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: Proven track record in Cold Chain / Reefer Logistics sales.

- Skills: Solid negotiation, B2B relationship management, and solution-based selling.

- AM Level: Requires strategic planning and high-value deal closure experience.

- Sr.

Exec Level: Requires high energy for lead generation and field sales.
