Role purpose:

To lead and oversee the residential projects planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects, ensuring quality, cost, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects.

- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

- Review contractor bills, BOQs, cost estimates, and project expenditures.

- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings with stakeholders.

- Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.





- Prepare and present project status reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 18 to 25 years of experience in real estate/construction project management.

- Proven experience in handling high-rise residential.

- Hands-on experience in MIVAN (Aluminium Formwork) construction technology.

- Robust knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, quality control, and contractor management.

- Experience in coordinating with consultants, architects, vendors, and statutory authorities.

- Ability to manage multiple project sites and ensure timely project delivery.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to travel across project sites as required.
