Key Responsibilities

- IT Infrastructure &
- Systems:

Assist in managing the hotel’s computers, servers, network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, printers, switches, CCTV systems, and other IT equipment.

- Hotel Applications: Provide technical support for hotel-specific systems such as PMS, POS, F&B; systems, HR/payroll systems, attendance systems, and other operational software.

- Technical Support: Attend to hardware, software, network, email, printer, and system-related issues raised by different departments and ensure timely resolution.

- Network &

- Internet:

Monitor the hotel network, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and related infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service for guests and employees.

- CCTV &

- Security Systems:

Support the functioning and maintenance of CCTV, access-control systems, and other technology-based security systems.

- Data Security: Assist in maintaining system security, user access controls, backups, antivirus protection, and prevention of unauthorized access.

- User Management: Create and manage employee user accounts, email IDs, system access, passwords, and permissions as per departmental requirements.

- Vendor Coordination:



Coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers, software companies, and AMC partners for maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.

- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular checks of IT equipment and systems and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as scheduled.

- Inventory &

- Asset Management:

Maintain proper records of IT assets, equipment, software licenses, and consumables.

- Support During Operations: Provide immediate IT assistance during significant hotel operations, events, conferences, banquets, and other critical requirements.

- IT Documentation: Maintain records of IT issues, repairs, maintenance, system configurations, licenses, and vendor services.

- Team Support: Assist the IT Manager in implementing IT policies, procedures, upgrades, and new technology initiatives across the hotel.

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
