Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate business requirements into effective user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces. You will contribute across the design lifecycle-from research and ideation to design execution, testing, and iteration.

Key Responsbilities

- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products.
- Design intuitive and visually consistent user interfaces aligned with product requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical design solutions.
- Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and identify opportunities for improvement.




- Analyze existing user journeys and recommend improvements to enhance usability, accessibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Participate in brainstorming, ideation, and design review sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain reusable design components, patterns, and design-system documentation.
- Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, colors, components, interactions, and overall visual language across products.
- Develop prototypes to effectively communicate interaction patterns, navigation, and product behavior.
- Incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and internal teams to continuously improve designs.
- Work closely with developers during implementation and conduct design QA to ensure the final product accurately reflects approved designs.
- Support responsive design across different devices, screen sizes, and platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, design technologies, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
- Maintain organized design files, specifications, documentation, and handoff materials for development teams.

Required Qualification Skills

- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related role.
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, visual design, interaction design,



and usability principles.
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design libraries.
- Good understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles.
- Strong visual design skills with knowledge of typography, color, hierarchy, spacing, grids, and layouts.
- Ability to translate business and product requirements into simple, intuitive, and effective user experiences.
- Familiarity with design systems, component-based design, user research, usability testing, personas, journey mapping, and information architecture.
- Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving and user-first mindset.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and justify design decisions.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs efficiently.
- A strong UI/UX portfolio demonstrating the design process, problem-solving approach, and completed web/mobile projects is required.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Experience designing for FinTech, payments, SaaS, e-commerce, or transaction-oriented digital products is preferred.
- Familiarity with product analytics, heatmaps, user-behavior tools, and AI-enabled design/prototyping tools is an added advantage.
