Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Mobile Banking Support Engineers to provide technical support for the Mobile Banking application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving application issues, and ensuring seamless banking services for end users. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in application support.

Experience

1-3 years

Educational Qualification:

- B.E./ B.Tech (Engineering)
- MCA
- B.Sc./BCA/ B.Tech or any IT/Computer Science-related graduate
- Certifications in Mobile Application Technologies/Development are positive to have

:

- Provide Level 1 onsite support for desktop and server issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and infrastructure problems using ITSM tools.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and maintenance tasks as required.
- Document resolutions to knowledge base for future reference.
