Recruiters will be responsible for identifying a department's staffing needs and coordinate with the hiring managers for their requirements and qualifications on a job opening.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
- Source active and passive candidates from job boards, social networks, and platforms
- Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation




- Coordinate and manage relations with all internal and external stakeholders by setting up the interviews for various candidates
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.

About you

Qualifications:

- Minimum Required Degree: Graduate
- Preferred Degree: MBA in HR
- Good Communication skills
