Were seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and engaging documentation for our IT systems and processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to translate complex technical information into user-friendly guides, SOPs, and manuals. Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, with equivalent experience considered.
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer, Technical Communicator,
or in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences.
- Robust aptitude for quickly grasping complex technical concepts and presenting them in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner.
- Excellent attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Solid understanding of technical domains such as Linux, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and IT infrastructure operations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts within a 24/7 operational environment.
