Job Role: Associate Sourcing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role

1. Supports a portfolio of products or services to improve Dow's cost position and supply security in the market through application of the strategic sourcing process
2. Supports the negotiation, execution and implementation of commercial agreements and related work processes in accordance with the strategies within the commercial area and or geography
3. Conduct Strategic Sourcing Projects including market analysis and the development of short and mid-term strategies
4. Work with functional and business partners to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategy and implementation plans
5.



Manage Supplier Relationships including the commercial relationship
6. Monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators
7. Understand and practice appropriate work process governance and compliance

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (Business or Engineering).Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline.

Performs routine assignments using existing procedures.Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.Entry level to a qualified career progression.

Contract Duration: 1 Year(extendable)
