Role Description

We are looking for a Associate Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India .

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in working across software development, web applications, backend development, databases, APIs, automation, enterprise systems, and digital transformation .

The Software Engineer will work closely with IT, data, operations, production, finance, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, maintain, and improve software applications and digital solutions that support business and plant operations.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in software development, application development, web development,



backend development, IT, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, technology, consulting, manufacturing, e-commerce, finance, telecom, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, PHP, or similar technologies .
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, and software-development fundamentals .
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar databases will be an advantage.
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Django, Flask, Spring Boot, .NET, or similar frameworks will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, web services, Git, and version control will be an advantage.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, business applications, automation tools, or data analytics will be an advantage.
- Strong logical, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment .
- Internship, coding project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance project, certification, or academic project experience will be considered and is not mandatory .
- Solid willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and business systems.
