We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate / Senior Associate in US Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position is based in Pune.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions for complex healthcare problems.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in healthcare operations and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patients.
- Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in healthcare services.
- Provide expert guidance on healthcare-related matters, including policy, regulations, and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in US healthcare.

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the US healthcare system, including regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving,



and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Experience working with healthcare software and systems, including electronic health records (EHRs) and claims processing systems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance, including payment models, reimbursement rates, and cost control measures.
