Account Operations Associate

- Strong experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

- Manage account operations, process compliance, and administrative activities

- Coordinate with Finance, Revenue, Resource Management, and cross-functional teams

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities

- Drive process improvements and provide analytical insights

- Experience in Contracts, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Order Management, or Master Data Management

- Conduct UAT testing and obtain business sign-offs

- Ensure SLA adherence and timely issue resolution

- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Office applications

- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

- Operations/Back-office support experience preferred

- Ability to work in a quick-paced and process-driven environment
