? About the Role

We are looking for a driven Associate Sales Trainer who can empower our Inside Sales & Business Development teams through effective training, coaching, and performance improvement strategies.

If you have experience in EdTech sales and love mentoring others to close deals better and faster—this role is for you!

? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct New Hire & On-the-Job Training (NHT & OJT)

✅ Train teams on consultative selling, objection handling & closing techniques

✅ Monitor sales calls and provide actionable feedback

✅ Develop training content, role plays & learning modules

✅ Track performance metrics like conversions & talk time

✅ Work closely with Sales Managers to bridge skill gaps

✅ Drive CRM adoption and sales process adherence





✅ Run continuous learning & refresher programs

? What We’re Looking For

✔ 1–2 years of experience in EdTech Sales / Counseling / Sales Training

✔ Robust understanding of B2C sales funnels

✔ Excellent communication & coaching skills

✔ Experience with CRM tools & sales reporting

✔ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability

? Preferred Edge

✨ Experience in Inside Sales training

✨ Familiarity with EdTech products & online learning ecosystem

✨ Ability to conduct mock calls, role plays & workshops
