Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager — Home Loans & LAP

Location: Jigani, Bengaluru

Experience: Minimum 1 year in home loans/LAP/retail lending (Field sales)

Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred

Role Summary

Drive sourcing and conversion of Home Loan and LAP leads from builders, brokers, agents, and site visits to meet monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities

Source and qualify leads via builders, brokers, site visits, and events.

Manage end-to-end sales: application, documentation, liaison with underwriting, and follow-up to disbursal.

Maintain CRM and prepare sales reports.

Attend builder/broker meets and local marketing activities.

Ensure compliant documentation and timely customer service.

Required Skills

1+ year in home loans/LAP/retail lending.

Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship skills.

Familiarity with loan documentation, credit basics, and CRM tools.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel locally.
