CybersecurityGhost is a cybersecurity training and security intelligence organization specializing in Advanced Offensive Security, AI & LLM Security, Digital Forensics, and Ethical Hacking. We've worked with 30+ institutions and are actively growing our red teaming and AI security service line.

What You'll Do

- Support red team engagements — recon, initial access, privilege escalation, lateral movement, Active Directory attacks
- Assist on AI/LLM security assessments — prompt injection, jailbreaking, and guardrail testing for client AI products
- Work directly with clients during engagements — scoping calls, status updates, and walking them through findings (this is a client-facing role, not just back-office testing)
- Prepare clear, professional reports for both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Support internal lab and training content development for CSG's programs

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of hands-on experience in offensive security, red teaming, or a strong CTF/lab background (freshers with solid fundamentals are welcome)
- Working knowledge of networking, Windows/AD internals,



and core offensive security concepts
- Familiarity with tools like Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, BloodHound (C2 frameworks a plus)
- Genuine interest in AI/LLM security — you don't need prior professional experience here, but curiosity and some self-study/exploration matter
- Comfortable communicating with non-technical clients — this role isn't purely behind-the-screen
- A certification like CRTP, eJPT, or OSCP (in progress or completed) is a robust plus, not mandatory
