- Academic Partnerships: Partnering with universities and business schools on the launch and delivery of recent programs
- Program Ownership: Managing the full program lifecycle, from curriculum alignment through learner enrolment, delivery, and ongoing support

Varsity is in the early stages of building this portfolio from the ground up, with its first programs already live and more in the pipeline.

About the Delivery Team The Delivery team is responsible for the operational execution of every live university-partnered program, from cohort kickoff through certification. The team works closely with the Partnerships,

Sales, and Product functions, and owns academic calendars, university coordination, learner experience, and performance tracking for every active program.

As Varsity scales, this role has a clear path toward greater portfolio ownership and, over time,

toward the Senior Program Manager track.

About the role

As an Associate Project Manager, you will own the delivery outcomes of Varsity's university-partnered programs at a portfolio level.

This role sits above individual program ownership: you are accountable for how well the full set of programs under you performs, not just one cohort or one partnership.



If you have already managed program or cohort operations individually and are ready to take on a wider portfolio, set delivery standards, and act as a practical link between program execution and the Delivery Head, this role is built for you.

Role & responsibilities of an Associate Project Manager

Program and portfolio ownership

- Own delivery outcomes, including academic calendar adherence, learner experience, and performance metrics, for the portfolio of programs assigned to you
- Track and report on program performance to the Delivery Head, flagging portfolio-level risks early
- Provide delivery-side input into university partnership renewals and expansions, working with the Partnerships and Sales teams

Process and quality ownership

- Follow and help refine delivery processes, SOPs, and quality standards for your own programs
- Flag issues that go beyond your portfolio to the Delivery Head, rather than resolving them unilaterally

Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of experience in program or cohort operations, academic operations, or university-partnership operations
- Demonstrated ability to independently own a portfolio of programs, or one complex partnership
- Strong stakeholder management, including experience engaging university leadership or other senior external stakeholders
- Data-driven approach to tracking program performance; high proficiency in Excel or Google

Sheets; familiarity with an LMS or CRM tool is a plus
- Clear written and verbal communication, including with senior stakeholders
