About this role:

The client is a profitable fintech company based in Indore. They work in retail investing and trading. Small product team. Company name will be shared after the screening call.

The role: Associate Product Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. We are looking for an execution-focused individual with deep user empathy, strong data instincts, and an active interest in retail investing and trading platforms.

What you'll do:

- Own execution end to end: Support PMs in owning end-to-end features, tracking core funnels (onboarding, KYC, activation, order placement, retention), and monitoring post-launch impact.
- Drive conversion through data: Instrument analytics events, identify drop-off points, and run experiments to improve conversion and monetisation.
- Write for engineering: Write unambiguous PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and track implementation.
- Talk to real users: Conduct weekly user research sessions in Hindi with retail traders and investors to gather qualitative feedback.
- Ship with the team: Collaborate daily with engineering, design, QA, and compliance teams to ensure smooth sprint delivery.

Who should apply:





- 1–3 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or tech-first execution roles.
- Experience with B2C mobile or web products, with a strong understanding of user journeys and funnel metrics.
- Hands-on data retrieval skills: proficient in SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- You actively trade or invest in Indian capital markets yourself (equities, F&O;, mutual funds, or crypto) and understand trading workflows first-hand.
- You leverage contemporary AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) daily to boost your productivity.
- Fluent in Hindi for regular user interactions and interviews.

Bonus:

- Experience in stockbroking, wealth, or markets.
- An AI side project with a live link.
