We’re Hiring: Associate Product Manager (APM)

Experience: 1–3 Years

At Space Wire Tech, we build consumer-focused digital products designed to solve real user problems at scale. We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager who is curious about user behaviour, comfortable with data, and excited to take products from ideas to execution.

This is an opportunity to work closely with product, engineering, design, growth, and marketing teams and play a hands-on role in building and improving mobile-first consumer products.

What You'll Work On

Take ownership of product features from requirement gathering and planning to launch and optimization

Analyse user journeys, funnels, cohorts, and retention using Mixpanel and other product analytics tools

Identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, and churn

Work with growth and marketing teams to understand acquisition performance and connect product metrics with business outcomes

Plan and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments to improve user experience and business performance

Collaborate with developers, designers, analysts, and marketers to turn product ideas into working features

Monitor product performance after launch and continuously identify areas for improvement





Develop a strong understanding of mobile consumer behaviour, especially across emerging and mass-market Indian audiences

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Business Analytics, or a related role

Experience working on consumer-facing products, mobile apps, or digital platforms

Hands-on experience with Mixpanel / product analytics tools

Practical understanding of Meta Ads and user acquisition metrics

Experience with subscription-based or monetization-focused products

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and drive projects independently

Strong curiosity about why users behave the way they do and what drives engagement, retention, and conversions
