Role and Responsibilities

- Assist with PL reporting and month-end close processes; Revenue Recognition, Invoicing, Receivables Management.
- Prepare balance sheet substantiation and support reconciliations (e.g., accruals, deferred revenue, intercompany).
- Deliver detailed analytical reporting to business managers and senior finance leadership.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

- 5+ years of related finance, accounting, or reporting experience
- Bachelor s degree with a concentration in either Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- CA /CPA / MBA Finance candidate preferred.

- Ability to multitask and effectively manage working towards rigorous deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel, plus Word and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, regulatory reporting, and internal control concepts.

- Excellent analytical, organizational,



and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- ERP experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and strong general ledger familiarity.
- Primarily 2PM - 11PM shift, extending during critical business days

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

- Experience supporting card products, Card Connected Commerce, or comparable consumer finance businesses.
- Effective stakeholder management-provides explicit status updates and responds promptly.

- Ability to switch seamlessly between discussion and execution across multiple projects.
