Job Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams in designing, developing, and delivering scalable digital products and enterprise solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong full-stack development expertise, with React as the primary frontend technology, combined with experience in solution architecture, project delivery, Agile execution, and people mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications and platforms.
- Own end-to-end solutioning, including technology selection, architecture reviews, technical design, and implementation strategies.
- Remain hands-on in software development by contributing to coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
- Drive project delivery by managing timelines, risks, dependencies, scope, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, DevOps,



and Architecture teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Mentor and coach engineers to support technical growth, career development, and engineering excellence.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, testing strategies, and DevOps processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering quality, performance, reliability, and team productivity.
- Promote the adoption of AI-assisted development practices and leverage AI tools to improve engineering efficiency and innovation.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and building high-performing engineering teams.

Experience

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a robust full-stack development background.
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, technical projects, or managing software delivery.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise applications while maintaining hands-on involvement in technology and development.

Note: This is a player-coach role. The Associate Engineering Manager is expected to balance hands-on engineering.
