Role Description The Associate Director (Talent Acquisition – 30 LPA EdTech) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position leads end-to-end talent acquisition for technology, product, business, and operational functions within the edtech domain.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing recruitment strategies, managing hiring pipelines, overseeing employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The role involves collaborating closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, define role requirements, and maintain hiring standards aligned with business objectives.

The Associate

Director will also track recruitment metrics, optimize processes,



manage external partners, and contribute to building scalable hiring frameworks and talent market insights.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy, ideally within edtech or technology-driven organizations.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, including partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with employer branding, candidate engagement, and building robust recruitment funnels.
- Ability to use data and recruitment analytics to drive decisions, improve processes, and forecast hiring needs.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and diverse sourcing channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor recruitment teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local and national employment practices and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring.
- Previous experience in a senior talent acquisition role with responsibility for leadership or bulk hiring is highly beneficial.
