Role Description The Assistant Director – Edtech Placements is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for building and managing partnerships with educational institutions and edtech companies, coordinating placement opportunities, and overseeing student or learner engagement related to training and career services.

Day-to-day activities include identifying potential placement partners, presenting Organo Mart’s offerings, organizing placement drives or collaboration events, and maintaining detailed records of partner interactions and outcomes. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to align placement strategies with business goals, preparing reports and dashboards on placement performance, and continuously improving processes based on feedback and market trends.

Director is expected to contribute to strategic planning while ensuring smooth operational execution of all placement-related initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educational institutions, edtech platforms, and internal teams.




- Experience in placements, career services, talent acquisition, or education management, preferably within edtech or related sectors.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing events or placement activities, including excellent coordination and follow-through.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly to diverse audiences.
- Analytical and reporting abilities, including comfort with basic data analysis, documentation, and use of productivity tools (such as spreadsheets and CRM or tracking systems).
- Demonstrated leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field; prior experience in Bengaluru or familiarity with the local education and edtech ecosystem is an advantage.
