Overview

Experienced Product Owner with 12–15 years in healthcare product management, practice management systems (PMS), and clinical solution design. Responsible for leading the implementation and continuous enhancement of Frappe/ERPNext-based clinical platforms, translating business and clinical requirements into scalable digital healthcare solutions. The candidate should bring deep healthcare domain expertise, product leadership experience, and a proven ability to build scalable digital platforms in complex, regulated environments within Indian Healthcare context.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product roadmap for Practice Management System (PMS) and implementation on Frappe/ERPNext platform
- Prioritize product backlog and manage feature releases aligned with business objectives
- Translate clinical, operational, and business requirements product features
- Lead workshops to gather, analyse business and clinical requirements
- Configure and validate clinical workflows and business rules
- Support implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement across multiple clinics and specialties
- Work closely with clinicians, operations teams, business leadership, and engineering teams




- Ensure clinical workflows and documentation comply with healthcare standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate on continuous optimization of clinical workflows, encounter templates, and digital experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

- Medical graduate or MBA in Hospital Management.
- 12-15 years of experience, with significant exposure to healthcare product management, digital health platforms & healthcare IT transformation
- Minimum 8 years of experience implementing or enhancing PMS, EMR/EHR or HIS
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex healthcare needs into scalable product solutions
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 FHIR and clinical coding systems including SNOMED CT, ICD-10, LOINC
- Awareness of ABDM
