- Manage relationships with

CHROs, HR leaders, recruiters, and corporate partners

- Lead placement drives, recruitment processes, and employer engagement initiatives

.

- Develop career readiness and employability programs for learners.

- Manage and mentor the

Career Services/Placement team

.

- Track placement performance through

KPIs, dashboards, and analytics

.

- Develop scalable processes to improve learner employability and placement outcomes

.

- Collaborate with academic, university, marketing, product, and learner experience teams

.

Role Description The Associate Director – Career Services & Placements is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for designing and managing career services programs, including student and candidate engagement, counseling, and placement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group career counseling sessions, organizing mock interviews, and guiding individuals on effective job search strategies.





The role involves building and maintaining relationships with employers, coordinating placement drives, and tracking placement outcomes.

The Associate

Director will also oversee career-related workshops, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and regularly review processes to improve career development support and placement success.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in Career Services and Career Development, with the ability to design and implement comprehensive career support programs.

- Proficiency in Career Counseling, including individual and group guidance for diverse candidates.

- Experience conducting Mock Interviews and preparing candidates for various selection processes.

- Practical knowledge of Job Search Strategies, including resume building, networking, and use of digital platforms.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain employer networks and industry partnerships.

- Experience in educational institutions, training organizations, or placement consultancies is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.

- Strong organizational skills, data-driven approach to tracking outcomes, and capability to lead a small team.
