ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a sharp, visionary, and hands-on Associate Creative Director – Design who can blend creative imagination with strategic thinking.

The role involves leading Design Supervisors and their respective brand clusters, elevating creative output, and shaping the visual direction of digital campaigns, websites, branding, social media, and other creative projects.

You will work closely with the Creative Director and collaborate with Copy, Strategy, Tech, and Client Servicing teams to bring strong ideas to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work closely with Design Supervisors to elevate the creative output of existing brands.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop campaign concepts and presentations for new pitches.
- Lead, mentor, and guide designers, animators, and visual artists.
- Set and maintain high standards of quality and consistency across creative output.
- Translate client briefs into visually compelling and strategically relevant designs.
- Develop and maintain strong visual identities and ensure brand consistency across all assets.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to conceptual and strategic thinking.
- Collaborate with Copy, Strategy, Tech, and Client Servicing teams to execute integrated campaigns.




- Present creative concepts and work to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, AI tools, and industry developments.
- Bring fresh ideas, visual inspiration, and innovative approaches to creative projects.
- Manage multiple projects and teams while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 7+ years of experience in a digital, creative, or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across branding, digital, social media, campaigns, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign.
- Robust working knowledge of Figma.
- Knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects is an added advantage.
- Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with AI design and creative tools.
- Strong understanding of design aesthetics, typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to present, defend, and sell creative ideas effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
