About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic, visionary, and hands-on Associate Creative Director – Design to lead and elevate the creative output across our portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design, visual storytelling, and campaign thinking, along with the ability to lead creative teams and collaborate effectively across functions.

In this role, you will work closely with Design Supervisors and the Creative Director to shape the visual direction of campaigns, digital platforms, social media, websites, branding, and new business pitches. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of creative excellence while ensuring that design solutions are both visually compelling and aligned with the brand and business objectives.

The role will report directly to the Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities:

You will work closely with Design Supervisors to strengthen and elevate the creative output across their respective brand portfolios. You will collaborate with the Creative Director on campaign concepts and presentations for new business pitches, while also leading brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop strong, insight-led visual solutions.

The role involves leading and mentoring designers, animators, and visual artists,



providing creative direction and constructive feedback to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables. You will translate client briefs and strategic objectives into engaging visual concepts and ensure that brand guidelines and visual identities are maintained across platforms.

You will also collaborate closely with the Copy, Strategy, Technology, and Client Servicing teams to bring integrated ideas to life. A key part of the role will be presenting creative concepts to clients, clearly communicating the thinking behind the work, and confidently advocating for creative ideas.

You will be expected to stay current with evolving design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative tools, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to the team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in a digital, creative, or advertising agency, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across branding, digital, social media, campaigns, and visual communication.

You should have robust proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD, along with Figma. Knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-assisted creative workflows is essential. You should have a strong eye for design, with a deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.

The candidate should have proven leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to confidently present, explain, and sell creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can combine creative thinking with strategic understanding , inspire teams, challenge conventional ideas, and consistently raise the creative bar.
