Position: Associate – General Corporate Practice

Experience Required: 0–3 years

Practice Area: General Corporate, Contracts & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, shareholder agreements, vendor contracts, technology service agreements, and licensing deals.
- Support corporate structuring, investment transactions, M&A; due diligence, and regulatory filings.
- Conduct legal research and provide advisory notes on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and related statutes.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance.
- Contribute to thought leadership, legal updates, and internal knowledge building.

Eligibility:

- Law graduate (LL.B) from a reputed university




- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate advisory, commercial contracts.
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Business-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team on time-sensitive transactions
- Exposure to client-facing roles and tech/startup ecosystem is a plus
