Role Overview

As an Associate Consultant, you will work with our internal sales, account management, recruitment and project teams to coordinate with IT vendors,

consultants and business stakeholders.

The role provides an opportunity to understand the complete lifecycle of an IT project opportunity from understanding requirements and communicating with vendors to identifying suitable professionals and supporting their placement on client projects High-Performing candidates may get opportunities to contribute to live client/project activities and take on additional responsibilities as they grow withing the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Business Communication

Communicate with IT vendors and staffing partners regarding project opportunities.

Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors.

Understand project requirements and coordinate appropriate responses.

Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Candidate & Consultant Coordinatio

Review candidate profiles against project requirements.

Coordinate with consultants regarding available opportunities.

Facilitate the placement process for suitable consultants.

Support negotiations and other placement-related activities.

Business Development & Market Research

Identify potential vendor and business opportunities.

Research IT market trends, technologies, and client requirements.

Support business development and placement targets.





Maintain professional relationships with business partners.

Project & Client Coordination

Work with sales and account-management teams to understand project openings.

Coordinate candidate/project information between internal teams and vendors.

Support the identification and placement of qualified technology professionals.

Maintain accurate project and opportunity records.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate candidate, vendor, and project records.

Ensure required documentation is completed.

Follow company processes related to staffing, contracts, and compliance.

Educational Qualification

We welcome graduates from

B.E. / B.Tech – Computer Science, IT, ECE and related branches

BCA / MCA

MBA – HR, Marketing, Operations, IT or related fields

Other relevant bachelor's/master's programs

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication

Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills

Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies

Strong willingness to learn

Valuable negotiation and follow-up skills

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Organized and results-oriented approach

Ability to work effectively in a team

Compensation & Opportunities

₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA

Compensation will depend on the candidate's skills, interview performance, and overall suitability.
