Context & Job Purpose We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Associate Analyst to support commercial pricing strategy and financial analysis across new and existing business opportunities. This role is critical in enabling profitable growth by delivering data-driven pricing recommendations, building financial models, and supporting key commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities Pricing Strategy & Commercial Support

- Develop pricing strategies for new business, renewals, and value expansion opportunities
- Support RFP/RFQ processes, contract pricing, and commercial proposals
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver competitive pricing solutions

Financial Analysis & Modeling

- Build and maintain pricing models and financial models
- Perform detailed cost, revenue, margin, and profitability analysis
- Conduct financial evaluations including NPV, IRR, Payback Period, EBIT, and Cash Flow analysis
- Develop business cases and scenario analyses to support decision-making

Insights & Optimization

- Analyze existing pricing structures to identify margin improvement and revenue growth opportunities
- Provide data-driven recommendations for pricing optimization and profitability enhancement

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with Pricing leadership and cross-functional teams to align on commercial and financial goals
- Support customer negotiations, renewals,



and pricing reviews
- Communicate insights effectively through presentations to stakeholders and management

Process Improvement & Analytics

- Contribute to process enhancements, automation, and system improvements within Pricing & Finance
- Strengthen data quality and improve pricing model efficiencies

Experience Required

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- MBA/PGDBA (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Commercial / Strategic Pricing
- Finance / FP&A; / Business Finance
- Financial Analysis / Bid Management

Skills Required Core Expertise

- Strong knowledge of:
- Pricing methodologies (cost+, value-based, market-based)
- Financial modeling and profitability analysis
- Commercial pricing strategies and margin optimization

Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Preferred experience with: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Salesforce

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
