Candidates will responsible for mainly white collar hiring and take support for blue collar hiring's from vendor

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from receiving the requirement to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers.




- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, agencies, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with managers and coordinate the selection process.
- Negotiate salary and issue/coordinate offer letters.
- Handle background verification, documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Manage bulk/mass hiring, lateral hiring and campus recruitment.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports and hiring dashboards.
- Work toward recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer-acceptance ratio and joining ratio.
- Support employer-branding activities and recruitment drives.
