Role Description The Assistant Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination of teams and projects. This role involves assisting the Team Lead in planning and assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Lead will help guide and mentor interns and team members, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the learning experience. Additional responsibilities include organizing schedules,



documenting workflows, and collaborating with leadership to address challenges and keep projects aligned with organizational goals.

- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to guide and support diverse team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with interns, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and improve processes.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, collaboration platforms, project management tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and maintain a consistent full time schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in mentoring, training, or supervising interns or junior team members is an advantage.
