Position: Assistant Store Manager- Luxury Watches

Location: Bangalore Airport, Karnataka

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 5 - 7 year's experience in retail management, ideally in Luxury Watches.

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month A valid passport is mandatory

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and sales activities.

Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual store targets.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.

Assist in managing, inspiring, and developing the sales team.

Ensure the store maintains premium visual merchandising and luxury brand standards.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Monitor inventory, stock movement,



and ensure proper product handling.

Support billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, and security procedures.

Maintain high standards of grooming, discipline, and professional conduct.

Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and operational reports with the Store Manager.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
