? Position: Site Manager cum Canteen Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the site and canteen facility.
- Ensure smooth and efficient food service operations as per company standards.
- Manage and supervise housekeeping, catering, and support staff.
- Plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, and daily operational activities.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, company SOPs, and other applicable standards.
- Manage inventory, food cost, wastage control, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and operational issues effectively.
- Maintain daily MIS, attendance, consumption, and operational reports.
- Train and guide the team to maintain service quality and discipline.




- Ensure compliance with all statutory, health, safety, and company policies.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Catering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Canteen Management / Food Service / Facility Management / Site
- Operations .
- Solid team management and client-handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational processes.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
