Assistant Security Officer (ASO) – Gummidipoondi

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Assistant Security Officer (ASO) to support security operations and maintain safety and discipline within our manufacturing facility at Gummidipoondi.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate security guards during shifts.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Ensure proper checking and verification of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
- Maintain security registers, incident reports, and daily shift reports.
- Conduct regular patrolling of the factory premises.
- Ensure proper implementation of security procedures and access control.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Factory Management on security-related matters.
- Handle emergencies and immediately escalate incidents to management.




- Ensure security guards follow duty schedules, discipline, and company procedures.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- Experience in supervising security guards.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, access control, and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work in shift operations, including night shifts.
- Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
- Manufacturing/Factory security experience preferred.
- Location: Gummidipoondi, Tamil Nadu
