About the Job

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager with 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in project sales and B2B sales, preferably in TMT Bars and GFRP Rebars.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with builders, contractors, infrastructure companies, road construction firms, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals in the GFRP Rebar market.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers, builders, contractors, infrastructure companies, and road construction firms.
- Drive B2B project sales for TMT Bars and GFRP Rebars and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor products, and potential business opportunities.
- Present and promote EkoBar GFRP Rebars, explaining their benefits, applications, and value proposition to potential customers.
- Provide technical support and guidance on the application of GFRP Rebars across various construction projects.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, project pipeline, and market intelligence in the CRM.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and promote company products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer queries and complaints.

Preferred Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in project sales / B2B sales.
- Experience in TMT Bars, GFRP Rebars, construction materials, infrastructure, or related industries will be preferred.
- Solid network among builders, contractors, infrastructure companies, and road construction firms will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
