Main responsibilities

- Assist the Sales Manager with sales plans and strategies.

- Set, monitor, and help achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Supervise, motivate, and coach sales executives.

- Track individual and team sales performance.

- Generate leads and develop new customer/business opportunities.

- Maintain relationships with existing and key customers.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve sales-related issues.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments.

- Help recruit and train current sales employees.

- Ensure company sales policies and procedures are followed.

- Take charge of the sales team when the Sales Manager is unavailable
