Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.

- Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, contemporary trade, and institutional customers.

- Identify and develop new markets, distributors, and channel partners.

- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

- Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territories.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.

- Lead sales promotions, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.

- Ensure effective availability, visibility, and distribution of the product.

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS, and regular performance reports.

- Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

- Coordinate with the marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.

Pay: ₹15,539.99 - ₹46,372.91 per month
