Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Coral Isle Hotels in Kochi. This position supports the sales team in achieving revenue targets by identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, and assisting in the development of sales strategies and promotional activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with corporate and travel partners, preparing proposals and contracts, managing inquiries, and following up to secure bookings for rooms, events, and other hotel services.

The role also involves monitoring market trends, assisting in sales reporting, collaborating with operations and marketing teams, and representing the hotel at local networking events and client meetings.

Qualifications

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.




- Competence in sales activities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Comfort with basic office software and hotel management or CRM systems, with an aptitude for learning new tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
