Role Description To independently manage the PMC site operations for the educational/institutional project at Raipur , ensuring execution as per approved scope, drawings, quality standards, statutory requirements, safety norms, timelines, and budget.

The incumbent will be the PMC representative at site , responsible for day-to-day site management, monitoring, coordination, reporting, and issue resolution, while coordinating with the

PMC/Architects and technical consultants at the office for design, technical, and project-related requirements.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Site coordination and day-to-day monitoring of project execution.
- Coordination with Client, Architect, Consultants, Contractors, and Vendors.
- Review and coordination of Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEPF and other building services.
- Monitoring project progress against approved drawings, specifications, schedule, and milestones.
- Support project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and follow-up using Primavera / MS Project .
- Monitor contractor work fronts, manpower, materials, resources, and productivity.
- Support cost monitoring, measurements, billing, variations, and quantity reconciliation.
- Assist in contract administration, procurement coordination, and tracking of critical/long-lead materials.
- Monitor QA/QC requirements, inspections, material approvals, testing, NCRs,



and quality compliance.
- Monitor implementation of EHS requirements and ensure safe working practices at site.
- Review and follow up on statutory approvals, NOCs, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Identify site issues, delays, design/coordination clashes, and escalate for timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation including MOMs, progress reports, drawings, submittal registers, trackers, inspection records, and correspondence .
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress updates covering schedule, progress, quality, safety, risks, and key issues.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, defect rectification, documentation, and project handover.
- Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and activities simultaneously with strong attention to documentation and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in building construction / PMC / project management.
- Experience in site execution, project monitoring, contractor coordination, QA/QC, billing, measurements, and documentation.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting .
- Basic understanding of contracts, variations, statutory compliance, and EHS requirements.
- Experience working with government clients, PSUs, consultants, or audit-oriented projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience in educational / institutional projects will be an added advantage and preferred .

Working Conditions

- Full time, site-based deployment at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
- Candidate should be willing to work at the project site throughout the construction phase.
- Regular site inspections and coordination with Client, consultants, contractors, and inspection teams.
