About the Role

We are looking for an experienced project manager—civil/electrical—to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of turnkey civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, cost control, quality, safety, client coordination, subcontractor management, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete civil turnkey projects from project initiation to final handover.
- Plan and monitor project execution, timelines, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise civil, structural, architectural, finishing, and associated works.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and take corrective action for delays.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure optimum manpower and resource utilization.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, wastage, measurements, RA bills, and variations.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements at the project site.
- Review and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Conduct regular site and progress review meetings with clients and consultants.




- Identify project risks, scope deviations, and potential cost/time overruns.
- Coordinate project billing, measurements, variation orders, and commercial requirements.
- Ensure snagging, testing, documentation, and timely project handover.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
- Strong experience in turnkey/EPC project execution.
- Proven ability to independently manage large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, measurements, cost control, and project scheduling.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.
