Role Description The Assistant Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, conducting relationship management activities in Equipment leasing space. This position involves hunting, acquiring and servicing corporate and SME clients, preparing proposals, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely onboarding and disbursement processes.

The role includes daily interaction with clients to handle queries, maintain service quality, and identify opportunities for cross-selling products.

The Assistant Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams in credit, operations, and collections for Appraisal, monitor risk indicators, and support periodic portfolio reviews. The role also requires familiarity with CRM or internal systems, preparing reports, and contributing to business development activities, including market research and lead follow-up.

- Candidates should possess business development and negotiation skills to assist in lead generation, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, assess basic credit information, and support risk evaluation.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, track documentation, and meet timelines with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or finance is an advantage.
- Prior experience in financial services, leasing, NBFC, Dealership, OEM, or corporate client servicing is preferred.
- Comfort with MS Office tools and CRM or similar systems; familiarity with lending or leasing workflows is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in the Kolkata metropolitan are Full Time.
