Role & responsibilities

- Deliver theory and practical classes for UG/PG OTT programs as per curriculum guidelines.

- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.

- Conduct internal assessments, practical exams, and student evaluations.

- Guide students in seminars, projects, case studies, and research activities.

- Maintain academic records as required by institutional and regulatory bodies.

- Demonstrate operation theatre instrumentation, sterilization techniques, aseptic procedures, and OT protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

- Masters Degree in Operation Theatre Technology / Allied Health Sciences (Specialization in OTT preferred).

- Strong knowledge of OT procedures, anesthesia equipment, sterilization, and surgical protocols.

- Valuable communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to mentor and engage students effectively.
