Position: Assistant Professor – Marketing

Location: Manjeri

Department: Academics

Reports To: Academic Head / Principal

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant teaching experience

Job Summary

ALIMS School of Business is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Professor – Marketing to deliver high-quality academic instruction, mentor students, and contribute to academic excellence. The ideal candidate should have solid subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and student development.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing / Relevant Master’s Degree
- Minimum 6 months of relevant teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing and related subjects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Marketing and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations,



course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Teach topics such as Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Sales Management, Brand Management, and related areas.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, projects, and presentations.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment records, and student progress documentation.
- Encourage practical and industry-oriented learning among students.
- Participate in academic activities, workshops, seminars, and institutional programs.
